Introduction to Neurodiversity.

Neurodiversity is a term used to describe the natural variation in human brain function and development. It acknowledges that everyone has different ways of thinking, learning, and processing information. Some individuals may have what is commonly referred to as “neurological challenges,” which can include conditions such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and others.

The goal of this course is to raise awareness and understanding of neurodiversity and its importance in the workplace. Gain a better understanding of the different types of neurological challenges that individuals may face and learn practical strategies for creating a more inclusive and accommodating work environment for neurodiverse individuals.
